In August '04 my wife bought me this 1979 MG Midget.
I was shocked to say the least. I've driven it since although it does need some work. In a few days it'll be in the garage 'till spring and I'm hoping to get some work done on it. I'm no mechanic but I think I can handle what needs to be done.
Carb rebuild
It's running rich so I'll be getting a rebuild kit and needle to do the carb over. While I have it off I'll be doing the choke also. The previous owner had the choke converted to a manual but It's not working properly. I may buy the parts to re fit it to an automatic choke Carb fixed 2/05
